As per our insurance, anyone under age of 14 must fill in an H & S form under supervision of a parent or guardian.
Please note as a clinic, most clinic treatments are for ages 18 and over.
Some salon treatments are not suitable for anyone under the age of 14, unless the parent guardian grants permission to go ahead under their own risk. However, we will talk you through the safety of the treatment before going ahead.

Anything applied by a professional technician should only be removed professionally. We are not liable for any damage caused by incorrect aftercare and self-removal products that have been applied at our salon.
If we carry out an infill from a previous technician, we are not liable to damage caused to the treatment area they have worked on.

All our treatment areas are sanitised and cleaned on a regular basis.
All staff members are insured and certified. Insurance details and certificates available on a request.

We have CCTV operating on site. Stickers on the door advising that. Those recordings are accessed by the director of Flavo Beauty salon only and will not be shared by third parties, unless requested by policy. (We have worked with local police to help them by providing CCTV images from the outside of our salon).

If it is your first time having treatment with us, please let us know so we can ensure vital information and aftercare to ensure safe and long-lasting results.
We are passionate about our jobs and love talking. If anything is unclear, please let us know and we are happy to cover any unclarified questions.
We also recommend consultations prior to going ahead with the treatment.

All clinical treatments require a consultation to ensure we can deliver safe results to our clients. We are all different and certain treatments are not suitable for everyone, or may not deliver expected results.

When first attending an appointment with us, you will be asked to fill in an H & S form to ensure it is safe to go ahead with the treatment. If your health or circumstance change, please ask to fill in a new form. It is the client's responsibility to notify us in a written format, before attending another appointment.  

We operate a strict cancellation policy. If cancelled in less than 24hours, you will be asked to pay 50% of the appointment fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we have the right to cancel your appointment and not to delay following clients. You may be asked to pay a late cancellation fee.

Unless specifically asked so, you will be allocated to the first available staff member.
Please note our prices are divided into 4 categories: trainee, experienced, senior and director.
Each have different level of training, skill and knowledge. If you would like a specific staff member or specifically done treatment, please describe your request prior booking, alternatively you will be allocated to the first available slot or time requested in your enquiry.

We may take pictures of ourselves in the treatment area. Pictures would be before and after the treatment. Pictures are used for training purposes as well as to upload onto social media. If you do not wish to appear on our social media, please ask not to be uploaded.
We are sensible and understand privacy. If you follow our social media accounts you may have noticed that we do not have many images of waxing, sunbed and spray tanning, as they can be revealing. Most of those images are images of our salon’s friends and family who had kindly granted permission to share those.

All complaints must be submitted within 48 hours from the appointment, with clear images of the treatment area.

We offer free repairs within 48 hours. Please contact us and we will do our best to repair the work.

Our card machines are PCI compliant.

You have the right to withdraw your consent  H&S file at any time. However, please note without safety information we are unable to go ahead with the treatment due to our insurer’s request. If you wish not to fill in details like phone number, email and town on residence that will not be an issue. However, we will require you to answer all health questions, fill in the name part, sign and date the form in order to go ahead with treatment on the day and future treatments with us.

Any information provided to us pre re-branding, when we used to be called NLT Beauty, wil apply to the above statement.
